Wonderful apartment less than 250 m from Cala Ferrera beach and very close to Cala Serena, two beautiful coves with turquoise waters.
On the first floor of a two-storey building with an outdoor area and shared pool, the apartment accommodates up to 2 guests. It has a living/dining room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms with single beds and a full bathroom.
It offers all the comforts for a perfect holiday: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a Smart TV, washing machine, coffee maker and hairdryer, plus a cot and high chair. Outside, a furnished balcony is ideal for relaxing.
A supermarket and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away. Street parking is available. Bed linen and towels are included.

Please note that the shared pool is closed from November to March inclusive. Most restaurants and businesses in the area are also closed during the winter low season.
