Due to this location, one of the flight paths goes over the Mission Bay channel, at the South end of Mission Beach. Airplane noise may be heard intermittently throughout the day, flights are not permitted between the hours of 11pm - 6am Attention: This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, smoking, or pets at 710 homes. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund.
