Minimum age requirement to rent is 25 years old The pool and gym are open with restrictions due to COVID-19. Reservations required at all times: - The pool is available every day from 8:00AM - 7:00PM limited to 2 hours per unit per day - The gym is available 7:00AM - 12:00PM and 2:00PM - 7:00PM with 1 hour reservation per unit per day. For pool reservation on the weekends, reservations have to be made no later than Friday at 3:00pm.
