This unit is pet friendly. The limits are as followed: One (1) pet at 50 pounds or less. Pets are not allowed on the resort grounds, only in the room or back yard. There's nothing else on Fort Myers Beach quite like Palm Terrace - a small, quiet complex of resort apartments near the midpoint of beautiful Estero Island. Ideal for memorable, relaxing vacations, Palm Terrace offers gracious accommodations in a tropical paradise of palm trees and exotic flowers. The main common area includes a large heated swimming pool and patio with wicker lounge chairs and outdoor dining tables with umbrellas. Across the courtyard is a fantastic tiki hut with a large self serve bar, flat screen TV and lounge and bar seating! This spacious ground floor apartment has a kitchen, fully equipped dishes and cookware. It has a living/dining room with queen sleeper sofa, a separate bedroom with one queen bed and spacious screened porch. Kitchenettes are equipped with all kitchen utensils, microwaves, refrigerators, toasters, broiler ovens, and counter-top ranges. Our apartments are rented on a self-housekeeping basis and are fully equipped with all linens and cleaning materials. Guest laundry facilities are on the premises. All apartments have air conditioning, flat screen tvs with cable. All of our apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on screened porches, balconies, decks, or outside by the pool. Palm Terrace Resort is located about 2 miles South of downtown Fort Myers Beach. There is a beach trolley available with multiple pickup locations, the nearest pickup location is at Matanzas Pass Preserve, about .5 miles North. A car is recommended. FMB STR Registration # 20-0215
