THE SPACE:
Beautiful bedroom villa with private bathroom. The villa also has a private pool with lagoon view, wifi, and a fully equipped kitchen. Kayaks and paddle boards are available for you to use during your stay. Free street parking. Housekeeper on site, for any assistance or requirement we will be at your service.
THE AREA:
Chetumal is a very charming place with paradise beaches and magnificent cenotes, you will be just a short car ride away also, from Bacalar Lagoon, known for the many shades of blue and turquoise from its water.We are more than happy to offer our recommendations about the local area and answer any questions you have about the unit or the complex itself.
OCCUPANCY:
This unit allows 2 overnight guests. There cannot be more than 2 people inside the unit at any given time. Over occupancy may result in eviction.
PARKING:
Only one vehicle can be accommodated inside the property. Outside the property there will be no parking difficulties, however we are not responsible for personal injury, damage to vehicles, equipment or contents.
GATHERINGS:
We know you are coming to Calderitas to have a good time, but out of respect to the other travelers, this villa has a strict “No Party” policy.
QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.
SMOKING:
Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your room during your reservation period.
MINIMUM AGE:
Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT:
Check-in time is at or after 3pm and check-out time is prior to or at 10am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply.
