Welcome to this Combo of 2 BEACHFRONT DELUXE Penthouses, totalling 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, 4 half bathrooms and 2 private rooftops with 2 private Jacuzzi, for large families or groups, the diamonds of the crown for this recently built Condominium Complex (No Pets Allowed by the Condo Rules), with all facilities one could think of. This Combo of properties has the best view, that is Ocean views from all the windows and all sides of the penthouse. The new Condominium is located at San Benito Beach, km 24.5, East of Progreso, that is 15 minutes drive from Progreso.
Being a remote location, the Residential Complex with 2 Towers offers all the needed ammenities, including among others: two large swimming-pools, a gym with AC, Kids Club with TV and AC, a Bar with swings and TV, a small shop with water jugs, refreshments and snacks, just the basics.

The Space:
The Combo consists of 2 Deluxe Penthouses, located on the same floor, and neighbouring each-other.
We have created this space in order to accommodate large families or large groups of guests willing to spend quality time together at the highest level of ammenities Yucatan beaches can offer.
Each Penthouse has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms (one on the Rooftop level), fiber optic internet with high speed, high quality furniture and generally all that is needed to offer our guests an unforgetable vacation in San Benito.

Guest Access:
Our guests shall have access to all the rooms and the common areas of the Complex, including both swimming-pools, the gym, the Kids'Club, the Swing Bar, the Shop, the wooden deck, the private Parking.
Three kayacks and the accessories are included in your booking.

The Neighborhood:
Playa San Benito is a remote location, so make sure you rent a car. The Complex is located in a 100% residential area with exquisite properties.

Other Things to Note:
**A NEW CONSTRUCTION SITE was started in March, 2023, about 500 metres South-West of this Complex. They have all the legal permits which allows them to work until 8PM, but not at the weekends. Sometimes there will be construction noises, which we cannot control or stop. Thank you for your understanding.**

● ** Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. It is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity, especially AC.**
