Summary: 5 Stars – Breathtaking Views & Exceptional Service at Casa IndahOur group of seven stayed at Casa Indah from August 12–17, and it was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. Some of our guests arrived early and were warmly welcomed by Becky, the concierge, who graciously allowed us to check in ahead of schedule—a thoughtful touch that set the tone for the rest of our stay.The condo was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed—perfect for families or groups. Each guest loved their room, and the common areas were ideal for relaxing and connecting. The views from our private balcony and the rooftop infinity pool were absolutely stunning—Puerto Vallarta at its finest.Communication was seamless. John answered all of my (many!) questions promptly and thoroughly, and Moises met us at the property to ensure we had everything we needed. Their attentiveness made planning and arrival stress-free.Dining at Indah’s rooftop restaurant was another highlight. We enjoyed meals with a view and also had food delivered directly to our room. One day, we hired a private chef and staff—the food was delicious and the service was outstanding. It was one of the most memorable moments of our trip.Casa Indah offers everything you’d want in a luxury vacation rental: ocean views, concierge service, rooftop dining, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We’re already planning to return and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to PV.
