Summary: We liked this house. Perfect 3 bedroom, 3bath. I'd say my only complaint is that we could not control the thermostat as it is locked - it is explained in the house manual, so I was aware, but temperature is a very personal thing and as a family of 6, sometimes it needs to be warmer and sometimes cooler. A storm came through one day and it was freezing inside even at 72. But the house is great, great location, and easy walk to the beach. The golf cart rental across the street has a lot of traffic which blocks the driveway some, but was manageable. All things considered, we liked it. Owner was very responsive to messages.
