Positive: The location is comfortable to reach the city part of Tulum; the neighbors are lovely and the rooftop pool was an amazing plus. The shared pool was a nice bonus, but we didn't use it primarily because the trees covered the sunlight in the afternoon and early morning. The bedrooms all were spacious, you couldn't really tell which one would be considered the master bedroom versus non-masters, which made it an equal split between the couples in our group. It was amazing that each room had their own private en suite bathroom and that everything was well stocked in the kitchen. The towels for the pool were also provided. We didn't feel like we lacked anything in the house.

Negative: The house wasn't suuuper clean; you could see areas under the stairs that weren't fully cleaned out with dust particles around and one of the bedroom's sheets smelled like sweat. It wasn't very pleasant but durable, so we decided not to complain about it.
