Welcome to Detroit! This is a private, 3rd FL unit consisting of a bedroom area, 1 bathroom in a fully renovated brick multi-unit property. You will have access to a full kitchen and full washer and dryer. Property is located in a quiet, residential area of SW Detroit. Only 10 mins from Downtown. There are 3 units inside this property, noise levels will have to be taken into consideration as a courtesy to all guests. Our property was featured in Detroit Metro Times - "Top Airbnbs to check out".

The loft is completely private, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator, gas stove/oven, dishwasher, built in microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, eating utensils, pots and pans. The space features granite counter tops, custom tile and dovetail cabinets. The bathroom has shower, toilet, sink/vanity, full-queen size memory foam bed, ironing board w/ iron, desk, wireless internet, TV w/ Netflix included. Perfect for a long stay or a weekend getaway.

This space is beautiful and safe but please keep in mind that Detroit is experiencing a Renaissance but is still a city in transition. With that being said, please be mindful that there is still blight and poverty all over the city. The majority of the people in the city are some of the best you'll ever meet but keep your HEAD UP – EYES AND EARS OPEN as you navigate your way through and around the ENTIRE city.
