Summary: Had high hopes for this hotel. First the positives-friendly staff, comfyish bed, location? Now, the negatives-room 13-window not closing so all night street noise (til 4am!) kept me up, so location is also negative, hurt my finger trying to close window, wasn’t offered a different room. Actually room went unserviced a day for reasons unknown. Was charged an extra night for added guest who actually didn’t spend the night (2/3 nights, charged for 3) they’re quick to bill but very reluctant to refund. Won’t be staying there again.
