We are still taking additional cleaning & sanitizing precautions for our guests. Come enjoy the beauty that New England has to offer during any season! The main living area has an open floor plan w/ a full eat in kitchen, a breakfast bar which accommodates casual seating for 4 and a dining area that features a large family table that can seat 10 comfortably. The living room has a walk out covered porch and a half bath. In the kitchen you'll enjoy the full morning sunrise during your coffee and gorgeous sunsets over the Pond in the evening!
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, each w/ it's own beautiful view and blacked out curtains.The master bedroom w/ its own private bath, queen bed and private covered porch overlooking the pond.
The 2 front bedrooms both have sparkling views of the ocean, 1 queen bed and the other with a single bunk bed w/ trundle (which sleeps 3). Both rooms share a large family bathroom w/ tub & shower combo.
There's a spiral staircase that takes you up to the sky room which has the most spectacular views of the ocean and pond anytime during the day! It has a queen bed w/storage and a separate entertainment/sitting area. A great hang out spot for the kids or adults.
Just pack your suitcase and everything else will be here waiting for you! A fully supplied kitchen; cooking utensils, glass & flat ware, blender, coffee pot, toaster & crock pot. Also included an extensive cable package, fast WI-FI, all bed linens, bath & beach towels, full size washer & dryer, iron and ironing board, boogie boards, an assortment of beach toys, beach chairs and coolers, outdoor grill & outdoor shower for rinsing the sand off....everything you need at the beach!
