Summary: Staff was wonderful - we got off a cruise and had planned to enjoy the day in Miami but the rain crimped our plans. Staff stored our luggage and was so kind as we lounged around the hotel waiting for the rain to stop. We did pay $30 for beach chairs after the rain and found out later we could have got them free - that would have been good to know upfront! Light in the bathroom flickered off and on quite a bit or would just shut off (room 421) but nothing we couldn't deal with. Bed was comfy and we enjoyed a long nap once we got in!
