Summary: This place is clean, spacious and a great view of the marina. It is very close to the ferry which also means it is very busy. The property sits upstairs from their restaurant and marina. However, I wouldn’t call it a hotel. Like other reviewers mentioned, it is just a large room lined upstairs with a bedroom door. There’s another door to the bedroom which keeps the noise out. There is a person at the front desk only when you check in. Other than that, they are gone. You can message if you need anything and the guy is very helpful. But no one is there and the door to the property is always unlocked. They say there’s security but I didn’t see anyone. If you are concerned about this, this is not the place for you. Also, no elevators so if you have suitcases you need to carry them up and down. The guy was nice enough to carry ours up upon arrival. We had issues w the TV and the guy tried to fix it. Unfortunately it still didn’t work and we didn’t want to bother him as we had a short 2 night stay here. It is about 15 min walk to north beach. It is a convienent area as banks, restaurants, the ferry and golf cart rentals are steps away. It is also clean but don’t expect hotel service.
