The atmosphere we have is like home, without reaching the commercial or large hotel chains, we try to provide a personalized service. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families (2 children not older than 12 years), and pets (ask for requirements).

Summary: I wasn't sure what to expect as I haven't stayed on Isla since 2000. The spacious unit is on the 3rd floor overlooking a busy street with an excellent beach just across the road. The microwave, coffee maker and mattress are brand new. There are beautifully cala lily carvings on the headboards of the beds as well as on the table. The location is ideal, making everything in town an easy walk usually within 10 minutes. The neighbors are quiet and Claudia the caretaker/cleaning lady/contact person is very pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. I would stay here again without hesitation.There are a few problems, nothing major. There is a lot of noise on the road below from tourists, vendors, noisy scooters and golf carts, taxi traffic but it seems contained from 10:00 to 5:00 because of the hoards of daytrippers from Cancun. The balcony windows do a good job keeping most of the noise outside the unit. After the daytrippers return to Cancun, it is quite quiet.The unit really needs a side table and lamp next to the bed(s). I improvised but would prefer a lamp to use instead of my flashlight. The water pressure is mostly a dribble on the faucet in the kitchen. It is fine in the shower and bathroom. The shower hot water was very hot, not tepid like some places I did like the fridge/freezer as it was super cold. I would also replace the basic coffee maker with a better model as it was not user friendly and a pain to use/clean the basket which was also too small for regular filters.
