This home makes a great vacation rental due to its location West of the Trail and only 0.9 miles to the beach. Many great restaurants and shops are close enough to walk. It is centrally located on the Gulf Coast only 10 minutes south of Sarasota and very close to Osprey, Venice and Englewood, about 30 min to Pt Charlotte and 50 min to Cape Coral / Ft Myers. This area and home did not get damage from hurricane Ian and the home is all newly renovated and updated with all new furnishings and electronics. Beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and coolers are on site and the home is well stocked for a comfortable stay. Laundry is on site and indoors.

Summary: Our stay was lovely and beautiful l. Everything was nice and clean and anywhere we went was only 5 minutes away so the location and neighborhood was great!
