Entertain in the resort style backyard. The sparkling pool features solar heating, water features, multi-colored lights and 2 Baja beach entries. Travertine decking throughput. Enjoy several outdoor areas. Under the large covered patio with outdoor furniture, ceiling fans, roll down shades and 50" Smart TV or share a meal or play games at the large bar high table with fire feature. Lounge in or out of the pool with in-pool chairs and two pool umbrellas. Enjoy morning coffee or sunset dinner/drinks on the front courtyard with bar high fire table with views of the lake and mountains.
Inside boasts plenty of seating and open concept living area great for gathering after a long day playing outdoors. The living room has a large double chaise sofa, a loveseat that folds out into a full size bed with a thick memory foam mattress and a 70" Smart TV with sound bar great for streaming your favorite shows, movies or listening to XM Radio. Adjustable coffee table and USB end tables. Surf the internet or stream your shows with the hi speed wireless WiFI w/ unlimited data.
