This classic Southwest-style vacation home features cool terracotta floors, tall ceilings with wood beams, ceiling fans, and warm, welcoming furnishings. The living area has walls of French doors leading both to the front entry courtyard and back patio overlooking the pool deck and Verde Valley. This area is open with a gorgeous, curved leather sofa, flat-screen TV, chess table, and a dining table to seat 6.
Off the living room is a fun game room, tranquil sauna, and a luxurious master suite with a king bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with a jetted soaking tub, and shower. There is an additional queen en-suite guest room off the game room with patio doors leading to the courtyard.
Back in the living area, steps lead up to a fully equipped kitchen with high-end stainless appliances, a tiled center island, and a second dining table with seating for 8, and sweeping views of the Verde Valley. There are two beautifully appointed queen bedrooms on this level, sharing a guest bathroom. Guests also have access to a full laundry for light packing and vacation convenience.
