Only 4 Blocks to the Canal Streetcar and minutes to the French Quarter in all Nola has to offer. Spacious open floor plan you will absolutely love this home.. There is a playground and basketball court across the street. The home is decorated with New Orleans Mardi Gras flare. There are tons of restaurants and clubs with live music within walking distance. The home is well situated in the heart of NOLA's best attractions, Walkable to many great restaurants, bar & grill & much more. Hop on the trolley line 4 blocks away and go almost anywhere in the city for 24/ 7, Jazz Fest, Frenchmen St, French Quarter, Bourbon street, City Park, Superdome and port of New Orleans (just to name A few), is within two miles or less from the house.
