When you walk out the front door, the heated swimming pool is to the left, the beach and community area are to the right. There are 2 BBQ grills, some outdoor tables & chairs, and a fire pit in the community area for all the residents to enjoy. Head down the sandy path to the beach, then on your way back rinse off at the outdoor shower. The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa and 2 leather lounge chairs plus a large flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. It is open to the dining area with a table large enough for 6 and 2 bar stools. There is also a dining table on the deck facing the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need. Adjacent to the kitchen is the utility room with a full-size washer & dryer. Each bedroom has a king-size bed, and for extra over-night guests, there is a queen-size Murphy bed in the living room. The master bathroom has a shower; the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Each bedroom has a TV and a deck with a lounger for quiet time, relaxing or reading. We hope you enjoy your stay.
