This Charming, remodeled island home sits on a large lot in the heart of Old Town Port A right off of the Ferry. It is within walking distance of restaurants and shops and a mile from the beach. Great for a couple or small group. This property features two bedrooms (BR1) & (BR2) both with queen-size beds and one bath with a tub/shower combination and sliding frosted glass door. (BR1-Queen, BR2-Queen); There is also a futon in the living area that folds out to provide more room for sleeping arrangements for a total of 5. Full kitchen with Keurig-compatible coffee maker cookware and utensils to accommodate your cooking needs. Both bedrooms have sliding glass doors to provide access to the balcony to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or to just relax at the end of the day and soak up the view of town. There is a large yard for children and pets to play, a charcoal grill for dinner and entertaining, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Summary: Had a wonderful time with our grandson. House was just big enough for him to play but small enough for me to keep up with him The beds were very comfortable & we all slep great. Communication with host was easy & they replied quickly.
