Parking is available in Bode Nashville’s parking lot located at 401 President Ronald Reagan Way and is first come, first served. Parking is $35 per night, per vehicle. Overflow self-parking is available at 500 2nd St. Pay via QR code at chosen parking site and use code: STAYBODE99. The guest may validate as many parked vehicles as they would like. Parking can be paid by the hour or they can choose the overnight rate for multiple days. Guests are not charged until their session ends, so they can add time until they are ready to head out.
We require a credit card on file for incidentals and will request this from you before giving check-in details. A $100 authorization will be held until after checkout.
It is our policy to get a card on file to protect our property in the event of damages. The card cannot be viewed or charged by anyone unless an incidental claim needs processing. In the case of incidentals/damages, our reservations manager is the only one with access to charge your card. That individual can only see the last 4 digits of your card information.
