Sunny, art filled, new single family on Munjoy Hill. This home has been totally renovated with it’s sunny new kitchen, lovely dining room , separate tv area , and elegant yet comfortable living room. The bedrooms are upstairs with two full baths. Step outside the kitchen to a private backyard. And your own driveway, a real plus in the east end.
Turn right out the front door and you see Casco Bay, the eastern prom with tennis courts and miles of trails. Three blocks take you to the trendy restaurants (front room and the Blu Spoon) as well as Rosemont Market, st Lawrence Arts and Hilltop Superette.
Walk down Walnut St to Washington Ave with its amazing restaurants and breweries. There is so much to access from this location. And it is a 15 minute walk to Whole Foods .

Summary: Looking forward to another stay! Great location, clean and very comfortable. The home is in beautiful condition and is in a great neighborhood. Just a short walk to the promenade and some great restaurants. The bed is comfortable and the closet space plentiful. The washer and dryer is just outside of the closet. Nancy is attentive and provides great suggestions for activities in the area. A very memorable trip.
