Summary: I had to ring an outer door bell and wait. The woman came to the door and stared at me without saying anything like I wasn't suppose to be there. I said I am here to checkin and again she stared and finally opened the door. No welcoming comments just stiff demeanor. I felt like I was being a bother to her. When I got to my room there were no hangers. When I asked for some at first I was told they don't provide hangers. What hotel does not provide hanger. Finally some were found and brought to my room. Also there were many types of homeless people, some were fighting and yelling a lot. It was a bit scary. One guy was tossing a knife at a wood board that was close to where some children were playing. At one point the knife bounced off the board and landed near one of the kids.
