The napa fire marshall does not allow children in rooms at cabernet house, please specify a ground floor room if needed. there is no bellman or elevator available. since you carry your own luggage to your room, you may want to pack several smaller bags instead of one large one, as they will be easier for you to transport up and down the stairs. we do have some ground floor rooms available at hotel napa valley with a ramp up to the back door.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
