It's the best location in Gulf Shores, with unspoiled views and uncrowded beaches to the east since it's located directly adjacent to the Gulf State Park. Only a 10 minute walk to the Gulf State Park pier. The condo sleeps 6 and has an updated king size bed with a memory foam mattress, a queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress, and 2 twin size bunk beds that are perfect for the kids. There are granite countertops throughout, with a tiled shower, and stainless appliances. There is a 50 inch flatscreen Roku TV with a soundbar in the living room for enhanced TV audio. The bedroom as a 32 inch flatscreen Roku TV. The kitchen is fully stocked.
Note: Construction has begun on the new building next door. There may be occasional noise heard during working hours, mostly at the front bedroom.
