Summary: Our stay at Hotel Embrujo was a delightful one. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. We especially enjoyed the large soaking tub that came with our room. Parking was convenient and the staff made sure we had the after hour numbers to call for access if needed. There was a bit of road noise, but most of that subsided by 10:30pm. We were even able to enjoy the Saturday night fireworks from our room which was a treat. While we were there we enjoyed both a dinner and a breakfast. The house salad was very fresh and the Pizza Embrujo was delicious. Morning coffee was nice and strong and the wait staff was very courteous. The fruit plate was yummy as was the spinach frittata.
