Summary: When I checked in, no one asked if it was OK if I was on the second floor I just had a knee replacement and had a very difficult time walking up and down to the second floor. The power went out. No one checked on me at all to see if I was OK. I came down to the lobby and I waited 10 minutes and no one ever came to the desk.
