This beautiful home in the gated community of Puntarena is designed with attention to detail ensuring that guests feel at home. Puntarena offers a peaceful secure environment with 24/7 gated access, a community pool, pickleball court, & parks. There are also 2 pullout sofas making this home perfect for couples or families. A short 1 1/2-mile bike ride, walk or drive gets you to the beach and Puerto Morelos town square. Taxis and the Colectivo (bus) are readily available for rides into town as well. A taxi ride is 30 pesos and the Colectivo is about 10-12 pesos per person. The rooftop patio features a cocktail size pool, a bar with cooler & glassware, table and chairs, hammock and additional bench seating. The views from this patio are stunning. You might spot a monkey or two in the mangroves and look past the mangrove for a view of the sea. With 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this is the perfect space for a family or small group of friends. The tv room features a futon, and the living room has a couch that can pull out. Both spaces can be used for extra sleeping space. The bedrooms are spacious and have ample closet space. On the 2nd level, you will find a large bedroom with a view of the mangrove. This bedroom has king bed, ensuite with shower and walk-in closet. This bedroom also features a smart tv. The view through the wall of sliding doors to the balcony are of the spectacular mangrove. There is one other bedroom on the 2nd level with a queen bed, a private balcony, and it is next to a separate bathroom with shower. The 3rd level suite has a separate entrance off the rooftop patio. You'll have a view of the mangroves from your bed through the sliding glass doors. This suite has a full bath with an outdoor shower. This is a large bedroom with smart tv. Each bedroom has a small balcony and there is a back patio off the kitchen with chairs/table and hammock chair. The workmanship in the home is beautiful and unique. Much love and thought has gone into every decision. This home is my home away from home. I think you will feel the same. Guests have access to the entire house. *Please note during the months of July through October, the king bedroom bathroom and closet are not available for use. Appropriate discount has been applied. There is a property manager who will be available. Her name is Jessica and she will be in contact prior to your stay and will be there to check you in upon arrival. It is a short walk to La Colonia, small restaurants and the market (Chedraui). Staying on this side of town presents unique opportunities to experience more authentic Mexican culture while the beach side is also so easy to access by car, bike, cab or even walk. The Colectivo (bus) and taxis are readily available after a short walk to the main road. For a ride into town square, the Colectivo is only 8 pesos each, and a taxi is 30 pesos. The ADO bus system can also be accessed close to the main highway. Same short walk gets you there. The house manual will also provide information for taxi/shuttle and shopping/delivery service.
