Summary: Ok so overall 3.5/5. I arrived and my room wasn’t available. They actually told me it shouldn’t have been available to book because the A/C didn’t work in the room. So they put me in a different room. They were initially trying to charge me the same price even though the room I booked was a bigger suite. The next day they fixed the A/C so we moved to the bigger suite. Also there was a in room jacuzzi that they didn’t tell me wasn’t working until I arrived. I Was still charged full price though It was very quiet and other than the cars in front of the hotel, you would never know there were other guests. They don’t supply small bathing towels or medium face towels so bring your own or stack up on the big ones they do provide (also pool towels) Nobody used the pools but we did. It was cleaned each day. The outside bar is closed. It’s actually not a bar at all. Just a bar structure not a bar service . Hope that makes sense and they didn’t tell us that until we got there. The Hotel is in the hotel zone so it’s close to everything. There are a few shopping and food places close by as well. Bed was comfortable, room temperature was great. Lastly, The water pressure for the showers (both rooms) isn’t great at all.
