Casa Tranquilidad is a peaceful, spacious, delightfully decorated family home set in a mature tropical garden, with a good sized heated pool. The house, garden and parking are fully enclosed to ensure privacy and complete security. On the main floor you will find a large open area which includes a comfortable living room with a pool table, games and sound system, a large dining table for indoor meals and a fully equipped adjacent kitchen as well as a full bathroom.The upper floor houses 3 double bedrooms (king, queen and 2 single beds) , a comfortable den with television and 2 full bathrooms. The rental includes housekeeping, pool maintenance and gardener twice weekly.
For large rental parties, we have a recent addition, a delightful casita (King bedroom, ensuite bath, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living area) which is on an adjoining lot and which can be rented along with the main house if needed. Weekly rate for the casita is $900 cdn weekly
