This spacious home is perfect for short or long visits. 3 bedrooms make it great for friends or family, with a newly-remodelled kitchen perfect for home-cooked meals. The townhouse opens onto a common garden and pool, where you can enjoy an evening cocktail as the sun sets over Tulum.
The townhouse is located near the ruins - a community of local residents that is a 10 min walk to downtown Tulum and the hotel zone. There are lots of things to do in the Tulum area, including swimming, shopping, and sightseeing. We'll be delighted to provide our guests with a list of our favourites upon arrival.
You have full use of the home and the garden/pool area and the beautiful beach zone is a short bike ride or 5 min taxi journey from the casa.
We live close by and are available by phone. We can give suggestions on activities in the area, as well as help arrange transportation to and from Tulum.
You should avoid drinking all water that isn't purified. In the kitchen we provide a stocked 20 litre purified water dispenser. Should you drink what is in the dispenser, there is usually an extra 20 litre jug or two in the kitchen that you will have to place in the dispenser. The 20 litre water jugs can be purchased for 27 pesos at the little neighbourhood market should you run out of water completely during your stay. When purchasing a new jug from the market, remember to return the empty one to avoid having to pay a deposit.
