Welcome to our nature-view condo that will whisk you away in Tulum charm. Enjoy this chic retreat for four looking to explore all that Tulum has to offer.
As you step inside, you’ll experience the open-concept design seamlessly connecting the living, dining and kitchen areas for enjoying meals and quality time together. There’s a comfortable sofa and 43” HDTV for your entertainment. The kitchen features all the essentials to prepare a basic meal, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and plenty of cookware and dishes.
Both bedrooms have a plush double bed and soothing, simple decor for a restful night's sleep. The full bathrooms features a sink, toilet, a shower with a luxurious rainfall shower head, and a hairdryer for added convenience. You'll have a nice-sized closet and a Smart TV for relaxing downtime moments. If you need flexible sleep space, or would like to accommodate 6 in the condo, there's a double pullout sofa bed there too.
You'll find plenty of modern amenities to enhance your stay. Relax and have fun at the onsite pool, poolside bar, and restaurant, and enjoy the recreation room equipped with a ping pong table. Plenty of things to do when you’re not out exploring.

Getting Around:
Tulum is 123 km | 76 mi from the Cancun Airport, about an hour-and-50-min drive, depending on traffic. There’s free parking at the complex. From the condo, you can easily get around by walking, biking, taking a taxi, or a shared-shuttle ride on what is called the “colectivo.”

Electricity & Internet outages are a reality in Tulum and completely out of our control. If our guests experience these outages, we apologize in advance, but Stella Rentals cannot be held responsible for this inconvenience.
Also note that Tulum is undergoing development, so you could hear construction noise during the day from surrounding developments.
There is no daily housekeeping, but if you’d like the place cleaned, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Please message us at least 24 hours in advance, by 5 pm the day before the service.
Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help us save energy by using keeping the temperature at 25°C & remembering to shut it off each time you leave. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged on consumption at $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform used. This fee will be charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
There are surveillance cameras located in outdoor common areas and public spaces for security reasons to ensure guests' safety.
House Rules:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking or drug use on the property. Non-compliance will result in a $300 penalty.
- No parties, illegal activities, or excessive noise, especially after 11 pm.
- Maximum guest capacity must not exceed the reservation count.
- Any damages or additional cleaning charges will be the responsibility of the guest.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Pets are not allowed on the premises.
- We ask that you please use the safe box for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected. The use of music devices and speakers in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food, or coolers are allowed in the pool. Please only use disposable or plastic cups in the pool area.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
Interaction with Guests:
Upon arrival and check-in, please stop at reception for your key.
