Summary: The house was charming and met our needs, but I wouldn't stay here again unless updates were made. The house was clean and in a lovely neighborhood, but it is in need of some maintenance TLC. The wallpaper above the fireplace was falling off the wall. The kitchen sink was so chipped and peeling that I didn't want to use it. The bathroom shower tiles need to be touched up or replaced, as they are cracked and chipped. I thought there were bugs at first in the shower, but it turned out to be broken tiles. The front door sticks, so you need to push your body weight against it to open it, but watch out because there is a sharp screw in the front of the door that hurts when you do that.
