Enjoy our home in an quiet upscale neighborhood that is central and close to everything in Nashville. 3-5 miles and $6-12 ride share to all attractions. 4BR/4BR home with private fenced backyard and pool. A perfect way to end the day, a dip in the pool and relaxing in the backyard. The only space that is unavailable is the basement and will be locked.
Other things to note:
All 3 of the fence gates have a master lock attached. These locks are not functional and are for security looks only. Gates are fully accessible without any keys.
Pool towels and a variety of floats and toys will always be available for use.
Additional rules:
You will be staying as a guest in our home. It is required that you leave our home in the same condition as upon arrival. Our guests must be responsible and mature. This is not a party house. Reservations are for travelers looking for a quiet, private retreat while visiting and enjoying Nashville. Do not enter the house soaking wet from the pool. Outdoor towels are provided. The deepest end of the pool is around 9ft. Most divers will touch the bottom. Caution is advised against diving. Please enjoy the backyard and pool. However, we ask that if you’re outside after 10pm to please be considerate to our neighbors and keep the volume down.
The hot tub is not available for use as a spa. It will be the same temperate as the pool and is a perfect "mini pool" for the kids.
All linen and towels need to placed on floor of the “office” by the back door prior to checkout. All garbage must be picked up, removed and placed in outside containers. All used kitchen items must be washed or placed in dishwasher.
