Stay in a beautiful, spacious townhouse less than 1 block from St. Simon Island's Red Fern Village. Only a short walk to shops and restaurants or a quick bike/golf cart ride to the beach. From the soft bedding to the carefully selected furnishings, we've put so many of our favorite things into this home. Perfect for families or small groups and weddings: fully equipped with wifi and smart TVs, community pool, and your own private garage! Our property is pro-cleaned carefully between each visit.

Our spacious townhouse is perfect for groups and weddings!
The home easily accommodates 8, with a first-floor spacious king bedroom and en-suite bath and a large walk-in closet, upstairs bedrooms include a light-filled king bedroom, a cozy queen bedroom and a spacious bunk room with 2 twin beds.
There are 2 large living living rooms with smart TV's, one located on the 1st floor and the other on the 2nd floor.
The sprawling kitchen is well-equipped and perfect for whipping up easy meals during your stay. Enjoy the private screened porch for reading or relaxing. There is also a new gas grill on the back deck available for use.
Don't forget to make time to enjoy the pool (open April 1st through October 31st) located just a few steps from the front door.
The townhouse has central heating and air, as well as a SMART TV, cable, and wifi.
One garage spot comes with the unit and there is additional parking in the driveway and additional off-street parking. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit that you are welcome to use.
GUEST ACCESS:
The entire townhouse is for your use! No spaces are off-limits.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
The garage spot is optimized for compact cars, so if you have a larger car, SUV or truck, don't worry--there is additional driveway parking and off-street parking spots available.
Our standard cancellation policy is 50% refund up to 1 week prior to arrival. However, if the National Weather Service issues a "hurricane warning" or "hurricane watch" we will happily offer a full refund if your booking falls in the time period of the warning. If the State of Georgia, St. Simon's Island or Glynn County issues an evacuation order for any other type of weather, we will also offer a full refund.
The pool is closed from November 1st through April 1st.
