This delightful, vintage residence has undergone renovations that beautifully preserve its inherent charm. While it hasn't been brought to a brand-new state throughout, its character shines through.

You have access to the entire house and front yard during your stay. The side yard (i.e. backyard area that you access from the back door or driveway) is not for guest use. You're welcome to use the shorter dog run out the back door, but please don't go past the wooden gate unless you'd need to for an emergency exit.
You’ll notice when you arrive that the home is longer in length than the portion you’ll have access to. The space beyond the laundry room is locked off and won’t be available for guest use. At this point, this area is not renovated and is simply used as storage space.
ONSITE PARKING
Parking on the property is available in our front circle driveway. Also, free on-street parking is always available. Garage is not available for guest use.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
If bringing a dog, please clean up after your pet on the property and dispose of waste in the outdoor trash can with the green lid.
Our “mountain view” is a far mountain view. You can see the mountains through the trees from the front porch and sitting at the dining table. Most mountain adventures can be reached within 45 minutes to 1 ½ hours from our location!
You’ll see by the front door that we have an active (motion-triggered) Ring camera/doorbell on the exterior of the property overlooking the front yard that records video and audio.
Trash pickup is on Tuesday morning. We come by to roll the garbage cans from the driveway to the street on Monday afternoon/evening. We come back Tuesday mid-day to put them back. If you see us and want to say hello, feel free! But we make this quick and try not to disturb you!
