Summary: The hotel itself is in need of repairs. The floors were dirty throughout. The bathroom smelled of urine and had several things broken. We also didn’t get a towel exchange despite being told we would. Potholes in the parking lot, holes in the wall, caulking needed in the shower, etc. For $300/night we expected a lot more.
