Positive: we came specifically for the indoor pool, which was not heated and was actually freezing cold. no one cared when we mentioned it, or apologized that it was not listed as being broken or not heated on the website or when booking (I spoke with an agent before arrival). the parking deck should not have to be paid for, for hotel guests. that's ridiculous. there is also no entrance from the parking lot besides walking in through the front doors, which is kind of ridiculous. it was a very mediocre experience. there is no real restaurant, only a bar on site. wasn't the worst but far from a good experience. we would not return.

Negative: no heated pool not enough towels in the bedrooms/bathrooms bathroom was not cleaned $15 parking at lot next to building (where else would you park?!)

Summary: mediocre at best
