Located along the desirable south side of Bellingham, it is uniquely positioned close in to town amenities but rural enough to get back to nature along the Chuckanuts or Skagit Valley.
The charming detached, studio cottage, with loft, once an artist retreat, features views of Chuckanut Bay, nestled among Firs & Pacific Madrone trees, with private drive and convenient trail access. It is perfect for a couple’s romantic getaway, or a weekend of outdoor adventures the area is famous for: trail runs, dog walking, hiking Fragrance/Lost Lake, mountain biking the Ridge trail, or exploring the Salish Sea by kayak/boat.
