This unit is a self-contained, completely private apartment from the rest of the house (also listed on VRBO--sleeps 14!! VRBO #1998912).

Rentals during the summer are Saturday-Saturday only. Check in at 3pm, check out at 10am. Off season rentals are minimum 3 night stay (an awesome affordable way to enjoy the AMAZING Sea Isle City fall). Beach tags NOT provided, but easily purchased ($10 for the week) on the beach from any beach tag inspector. Beach tags/life guard on duty only in the summer. Contact Ben with any questions!
