55” TV with free Netflix movies. Microwave, mini fridge, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishes & cups are available in your room. Full bathroom with provided bath towels and shampoo.
Two parking spots on the street in front of the house. Private entrance on the right hand side of the house and self-check-in. No AC.

* $500 security deposit. Security deposit is to ensure all rules followed, no damages or heavy cleaning is needed.

* There is street cleaning on the second and fourth Thurs. of every month, between 6:30 am to 11:30 am. Please make sure your car is on our driveway when the time comes to avoid being ticketed!
