This cute 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage was recently completely renovated inside and is bright, clean and cozy. It is located on a quiet side street .4 miles away from Forest Beach and walking distance to beautiful trails and conservation land where you can watch the osprey and sea birds. It is a direct walk the beach, no busy roads to cross. It is walking distance to popular Pisces restaurant and Talkative Pig, about 1/2 mile to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and a ten minute drive to downtown Chatham or Harwich. The ferry to Nantucket is just 2 miles down the road. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a twin over full size bunk bed. It is ideal for a couple or a couple with 1-3 children, or two adult couples. The common space has a great couch and 50 inch TV, Roku and Apple TV. The outside deck has a gas grill to cook on enjoy eating outside. The yard has a hammock to lounge on.

Summary: This is a very cute up-to-date cottage that is in close proximity to a beautiful beach. It is kid and dog-friendly. It was a comfortable and convenient place to spend a long weekend. And the owner was very communicative, and helpful throughout the booking, pre-arrival, stay and departure. An easy and charming stay!
