Positive: BEAUTIFULLY decorated and just as pictured. Has a washer and dryer WHICH IS NOT LISTED IN THE DESCRIPTION. Overall, the apartment is beautiful…but I wouldn’t stay again because:

Negative: There is NO parking near. Even the street parking is taken up by construction. You’ll at least walk a block from the garage or nearest street parking. Description of apartment is incomplete. THE CODES IN THE APP AND EMAIL DO NOT MATCH THE CURRENT DOOR CODE. The surveys and call centers are unaware of the Minneapolis properties, so when I called asking for door code assistance, they couldn’t find me. Stood outside the building on the phone for 25 minutes. Overall, customer service is AWFUL and I’m never staying here again.
