Quite hill country get-away. Sit on the back porch and watch the deer wandering through or build a fire in the fire-pit. Explore the small creek or just enjoy the peace and tranquility. Located minutes from downtown Dripping springs and about 20 minutes from downtown Austin. We are close to many wineries, breweries, and distilleries. Excellent space for small family gatherings, BBQ, lawn games, tree swing or just deer watching.
PLEASE NOTE HOUSE RULES
- There are security cameras and noise sensors on the property. This is not a party house. If you violate the 10 pm noise curfew, the police will be called and you will be evicted.
- There is no parking on the street, please limit the number of vehicles to 4 in the driveway. WARNING: if you park on the street you will be towed.
- Wild deer like to hang out in the back yard. Be careful where you step.
-There is a fire extinguisher in the laundry room.
- Locking the front door from the keypad arms the alarm. If you come back in the house through the back door after arming the alarm, this will set off the alarm.
- Beds sleep up to 8. Cots, crib, extra sheets etc. are in the master closet.
- Please load and start the dishwasher before leaving.
- This is a quiet retreat house, please respect our neighbors and refrain from loud noise and late night activities.
- Sports balls are in the bin next to the patio, volleyball net in the entry closet.
- Extra bedding is in the Master bath closet, as well as 4 cots and the crib.
Absolutely no crypto mining or electric vehicle charging allowed. If you run up the electricity bill you will need to pay overages.
- Note that the Creek is mostly dry during the summer due to the excessive heat.
