A magnificent 5000 square-foot home built for pleasure. Duffer's Delight provides one of the most scenic mountain views on the property, but guests often say it's the luxurious amenities that keep them coming back again and again. This home offers fast access DSL to keep guests connected while on vacation. It features a formal dining room, eat-in kitchen table, Jacuzzi tubs in both upstairs and downstairs master bathrooms, and mini-golf course and shuffleboard table in the lower level game room. The two Master bedrooms, on upper and lower floors, feature King size beds, There is a large screen TV both upstairs in the living room and downstairs in the game room with comfortable seating for a house full of family or friends.This homecomes with a washer/dryer. There is no grill included and guests should NOT bring their own. Bring your pet to Duffer's Pet Pavilion, and they will stay in luxury too!
CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.
HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, sheets, and linens are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit. There is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.
