Our nature-chic condo inside Noíl Residences Foresta in the up-and-coming Veleta area of Tulum provides the sustainable serenity you’re after for your dream trip. You’ll be an approximate 10-minute drive to the beach or to Tulum’s downtown area, about a 20-minute drive to Tulum’s Mayan Ruins, near famous cenotes, and not far from grocery stores and the commercial area of Aldea Zamá.
Our 160 sqm|1722 sq ft ground-floor condo offers you a private plunge pool in your enclosed private patio! It will beckon you to sit and relax outside, dine, chat, sip and enjoy the sounds of Tulum.
Our two-bedroom apartment is designed for comfort, using eco-friendly, local materials and spaces that merge with the outside, connecting you with nature. There’s an open-plan layout with a comfy sofa sitting room and Smart TV for relaxing downtime moments at home.
There’s a beautiful modern kitchen that is well-equipped with all the cooking basics and essentials you’d need to make a meal at home. Plus, a two-seater breakfast/dining bar to enjoy your meals.
When it's time to retire for the day, both bedrooms feature plush queen beds and sliding glass doors to the outdoor private patio. One of the rooms has an ensuite private bathroom with a spacious stand-in shower and rainfall shower head. The second bathroom is outside the other bedroom.

Getting Around:
The property is approximately 122 km | 76 mi from the Cancun Airport (CUN) and 43 km | 27 mi from the new Tulum International Airport (TQO). Let us know if you need assistance with transportation. We’re happy to help. If you are arriving by car, there’s a free assigned parking space at the complex.

- Electricity and Internet outages are a reality in Tulum and entirely out of our control. If you experience these outages, we apologize in advance, but Stella Rentals cannot be held responsible for this inconvenience.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights). Please help save energy by keeping the temperature at 25°C. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals of 28 nights or more and will be charged as consumed based on a $6 MXN (pesos) fee per KW.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- There are outdoor security cameras strictly for security and safety reasons.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected.
Interaction with Guests:
The property is self-check-in. To access the keys, you need a building code and a code for the lockbox. Both codes will be provided before your arrival.
