Summary: We were upgraded to a huge room, enjoyed the beach and main pool and bars, kayaking and included snorkel and drinking catamaran outing. Dinners were good, especially Italian restaurant Mio, Palafitos which cost extra. Mexican and Caribbean restaurants were good also. Had great experience with the spa (extra $) Best lunch was the taqueria. Staff around property were nice and friendly and helpful. They try to upsell a lot for wine or special dinners or to join club, and the included room credit is really just a smaller credit for each of several different extra cost things, not one credit you can apply to one expensive charge. Still our 3 rooms for adult family and the experiences were great for all.
