Positive: We loved the spacing of the home and it was great to have 2 full bathrooms. Laundry facility came in handy, and the home decor was nice. Can't wait to see the final touches in the future. It was nice to have a projector screen and games in the game room. The backyard is great lots of space its coming along nicely. The hosts were thoughtful yet discreet they came to bring an umbrella for the patio table and a grill to cook on if needed. Nice mirrors. Mini fridge in one of the bedrooms upstairs worked great. Loved both deep tubs in the bathrooms one even looked like like it has jacuzzi jets. Nice drop sink in the kitchen.

Negative: I would have liked to have more air circulation in the home majority of the windows missing screens and a few don't open. Maybe a small ceiling fan in the living room would help. It did have central air but I couldn't get it to work when needed. There was an air conditioner in the attic and 1 in one of the bedrooms though. A few renovation materials left in the upstairs hallway near bathroom. Needs oven mitts for kitchen. No mop & bucket but there were 2 sweepers and a broom. I bought one to use and leave since floors were a lil sticky downstairs. Last guests were a lil messy so it wasn't as clean as it could have been but the linens were fresh.

Summary: Loved the stay overall, just need a deep clean and i'll stay again!
