Summary: I want to talk with customer service. The hotel was dirty. First dorm were strong musty smelI ask to change, the second same, less smelly. I asked to fumigate bug at the entrance in the room and they told me, that it is a big problem and they wouldn’t do it. Lamps were rusty, the kitchen the same. I ask for the bread Toaster, cups, towels and they didn’t gave me because there weren’t in stock. It wasn’t a pleasure stay and it was expensive. I want to ask a refund and I will no longer use this hotel.
